lets talk about placebo.

okay. we all know about placebo. you have atherosclerosis, i give you a glucose pill saying its a fantastic working pill, works 100%, and next thing you know, atherosclerosis is gone.
so lets not talk about placebo.

my Discussion group facilitator gave me some video (well, sound file because video did not work) which was quite inspirational.
it is a talk given by this dude called WayneDyer, and it is about this concept where...

we are really what we make out of ourselves.

it sounds pretty common and really well... overused, but i found that it makes some sense, and i actually completely agree with.

when you think, you cannot do something. because of whatever reasons, it is just because you cannot do it, and not because of your reasoning where you put.

we hear stories of tremendous success stories and go, "wow. that is amazing but it will never happen to me" but that is what limits us, and what makes us different from those who succeed, and not that -something- that they have.
its rather, a something that we all have, a mind-set that we have that we impose ourselves.

what we do, is limit ourselves by -thinking- that we cannot do some things.

all excuses are misalignments.
all excuses are arguable.

lets give an example. the eskimoes, living in alaska, used to sleep on ice, bare-skinned. untill some urban dude came along and said "well now that is just plain crazy, you will get frostbites".

and they started to get frostbites.

contemplation is continuous use of your thought process
every action originates from a thought.

we just need to get rid of our cage, really, to reach what we want to do.

i'm going to set a rule for myself, NOW, to make this useful.

NEVER EXCUSE MYSELF.

DON'T say that i'm too tired, busy, stupid, or poor to do something.

never underestimate what i can do.

you have to have PASSION EVERY SINGLE DAY.

have total responsibility of my actions.

review what was GOOD at the end of the day. i feel great.
