Q. in what case does petechia and cyanosis appear at the same time on the body?

A. Polycythemia Vera. because PV causes all blood cells to increase, there petechia appears. the reason for cyanosis - many deoxygenated RBC in body in proportions.

Q. in what instance do we take karatkoff sound phase 4 for a more accurate measure of the Diastolic Blood Pressure?

A. Children and Pregnent mothers.

Q. why do we have to do the palpitory method in BP taking?

A. to prevent taking the wrong systolic pressure. due to the auscultatory gap in hypertensive people http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Auscultatory_gap

Q. why do we see for the stomache rise and fall, when we have the case of acute appendicitis?

A. to look for guarding. appendicitis can lead to peridonititis, which will cause tenderness in abdomen. hence guarding will be observed.

MR. PlayStation - Mitral Regurge - PanSystolic murmur

MS. MD - Mitral Stenosis - Mid-Diastolic murmur

Aortic regurge - Mid-systolic.
