csu - subjects 1 and 2

did CSU with subject 1 and 2.

BP
subject 1 - technique-wise not so fantastic.
subject 2 - needs to find out about karatkoff sounds

GI
subject 1 - good.
subject 2 - needs to check patient more often. are legs crossed? is he propped up properly?
- needs to look at patient while palpating
- needs to remember to do fluid trills and shifting dullness
- general inspection - dupuyton's contracture and cyanosis

Respi
subject 1 - panics and forgets vocal tactile phremitus.

subject1 - 1

subject1 practiced CVS, Respi, and GI.

CVS - general inspection good
forget to mention JVP
getting aortic and pulmonic area mixed up
forget to comment on character of Apex Beat
technique for heaths.
BP - needs to inspect before BP taking
needs to remember why there is a need for palpitory method
needs to remember in what occasions do karatkoff sound 4 are used for Diastolic

PAD - needs to speed up
needs to know how and what to inspect
needs to learn how to say reports
needs to remember to mention Femoral artery

Respi - sometimes forget neck palpation
forgets cleft lip, cleft palate
sometimes forgets the side of the chest for auscultation
sometimes mixes up the order of auscultation

GI - relatively good
needs to remember to divide abdomen into 9 quadrants
